"Nice hotel within walking distance of train station. Beautiful view from roof top bar for evening sunset glass of wine. I didnt rate a 5 because the hallways were like back-service walkways, but when we opened the door for our room: everything was lovely and upgraded. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Im use to staff being a little more smiley and friendly. They were very correct. Just a cultural thing i thknk."

"Very simple, convenient stay in a property booked for easy access to Atocha train station. 15 minute walk up one road to the station - couldn't be more direct. Very little interaction with staff but what I did have was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Only gripe would be a complete lack of anywhere to put anything on...no desk, no chest of drawers. Not a big thing and I know it's 'no-frills' so not a huge issue."

"Este hotel fue una sorpresa. Lo saqué y después de haberlo pagado me arrepentí ya que está lejos del centro, pero en la misma puerta del hotel tienen una parada de buses y cerca la estación de metro. La habitación era amplia con un clóset grande y el baño también la cama súper cómoda descansamos muy bien ya que no habían los típicos ruidos del centro. Te ponían incluido diario agua excelente café chocolates y galletitas los cuales extraño a cada mañana!!!"

"New hotel with comfy and stylish public areas. The room was stunning - very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Transport to and from the new terminal at Madrid airport every 30 minutes. The only downside is access to food and drink. The breakfast is cleared at 10h30 and then nothing offered at all until lunchtime - and there is no room service. As an airport hotel there should be access to 24/7 food/drink as arrivals are constant. I hope this will be reviewed."
