"Our room wasn't clean upon our arrival. Housekeeping arranged to have it cleaned almost immediately, inconveniencing us for a short while. When once I asked for change of a $20 bill for gratuities, the front desk couldn't accommodate me. When I tried the bar, a manager had to walk me back to the front office where he disappeard for a few minutes before returning with change. Pretty odd, I thought."
