"Couldn’t find parking tag or fob, no note on where it would be, no instruction on how to get to the suite (two buildings) it’s a maze, got locked out of quite for no apparent reason other than the code wasn’t working, called for assistance and they remotely unlocked. 0/10. Elevator broke on us, called emergency twice. They never got signs on them until my second complaint. "

"This was exactly what we would hope every property would be like. Clean, comfortable and quite. All the necessities were there for us and it was located in a great spot. "

"The apartment was spacious for the 6 of us; 2 adult 2 children 2 dogs. The host was easy to get ahold of and responded fairly quick back, the ease of the instructions for check in and out was great. We would definitely love to stay again in the future here!"

"There were only two bath towels and one face towel in the unit for 2 people. More towels please. Please pay more attention to the cleaning of the bathrooms. The broom was left with hair, maybe from the previous tenant or cleaning. A dish towel should be included in the kitchen supplies. Homeless camp at across the street, no problems. Appreciate the modern appliances. The location was was great in proximity to the KB Convention Center. Well lighted."
