I would love to give Excellent ratings, but the smell of smoke was so strong in the elevator and in my room that it irritated my eyes and throat. The room size was wonderful and having a full kitchen was a game changer. Great communication with staff and security was great as well.

This place is fantastic!! I called the staff members because the lobby closed at 5 p.m. and I would arrive late evening, but they accommodated me in the best possible way. Love the place so much!!!!

There were grease stains on every door in the kitchen and there was an odd smell throughout the unit. The floors were sticky and made noise any time you walked. Also, it looked like someone spilled something in front of the fridge. The washer and dryer worked really well, though.

we stayed from wed-sun. it was clean, new, no smell. however, only had 1 pan for cooking. not like what they have on the photo. could do for an ottoman in the living room area. requested for another room, cause the people next door were too loud, with inappropriate verbiage - an experience you dont want during the thanksgiving holiday.. i didnt know they had long term stay here.- unfortunately, the place was fully booked- so yeah. would probably not stay here again the next time we are in town.

Property was nice. AC unit did not work in both rooms. We were told we would be credited but we were not able to get new rooms due to over booking. We were then charged for both rooms. Costing not only the rooms. But paying ten times as much for another hotel w short notice. So the place was nice the booking and payment system is insane. I am still fighting for credit on both rooms. All I’m all a complete disaster and it’s still Going on. Expedia was no help either.

You better not forget your room key..
Sick as a dog. Went out to the pharmacy to grab meds around 9:30 PM, forgot my room key. Called emergency after hours maintenance. The fellow showed up and complained so much about having to let me in my room THAT I felt the need to explain that I wasnt feeling well and had made an honest mistake by forgetting my room key. As much as he griped and said that this was not an emergency you would have thought he wasnt being paid to be there. My first time and Never ever ever again will i stay at a StayApt.

I was not treated like a welcomed guest. I have a reservation for 3 days. After the second day, I inquired about housekeeping, because shrimp shells in the trash stink. I was told rooms are cleaned once a week. The manager almost told me to take out my own trash, but seeing that I am elderly and on the third floor, he asked one of the two maids sitting around the lobby to take out the trash. Dishwasher was not emptied after the previous occupant, sink and refrigerator not cleaned after previous occupant. The door to my room didn't lock, so they had to move me. The back door off the street didn't lock unless you forced it. The rooms are big and nice but lacking in the basic niceties - there was only enough coffee for one pot, only one cake of soap for the dishwasher. The access panel to the DW kept falling against the fridge - just general issues with shoddiness. I would not stay here again.

This is one of the loudest places I have ever stayed. You can hear everything and it’s hard to get comfortable when you can hear everyone’s conversations and kids.
