"The overall resort was just OK nothing crazy. The beach was not good at all."

"The property is very beautiful.. one thing o observe was the entrance to the lobby was leaking heavily due to heavy rain.. I think they management need to have this issue resolved immediately.. the dining room staff were very helpful.. I would like to acknowledge two individuals who went above and beyond for me and other guests.. Yanique that works in the evening and Mikale that works breakfast in the morning.. I hope I spell their names correctly.. they both work in the main dining room...

"4.5 overall. Great getaway. The only think i didnt like was babies in the pool and kids at the swim up bar for extended periods of time. Kids dont belong in bars at home, they shoudlnt be there in Jamaica either. lounge chairs should have pillow. "

We arrived before the 3 pm check-in and were told our room would be ready shortly but waited over 3 hours and after 3 pm for our room to be ready. The only blemish on a great trip. Feeod and drinkare are expensive (even by NY prices) but everything was well done so we did not mind paying "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. Though we were nervous about the idea of having a butler, we splurged for a platinum room, and we are so glad that we did. The room was fantastic with a comfortable bed, large living area, and beautiful shower. The jacuzzi on the balcony was simply amazing and the view was stunning. Our Butlers, Dujohn and Michael were wonderful. They will be as involved or as uninvolved as you prefer. They were quick to check in with us daily and always made dinner...
