"The actual flat was quite nice. The communication with the property owner before my stay was very difficult. To the extent that I wasn't convinced there was actually a place for me to stay until I was inside. Fortunately, it was a real place, in the location I needed, and turned out to be very clean and comfortable."

"We enjoyed our stay in London and in Acton. The flat is exactly like on the pictures. It's nice, tidy, clean, fully equiped. A few material details to be repaired. We felt very nice in this cosy attic studio. The Acton Town underground being on Piccadilly Line makes it easy to go anywhere. Another facility for us was the Morrisson's supermarket 3 minutes walking, open till 22pm. * Mind if you're very tall, the beads are vicious! :) "

"On arrival entry via the key app was easy, the apartment was on the top floor and has a balcony overlooking a leafy street behind and the railway. This was lovely and we did make use of it. Rooms were spacious and we found it easy to use the facilities. We did report some food left behind in the cupboards which was a bit messy. We had the same issue as the other reviewer with the shower not draining, after my daughter showered I had to wait 40 minutes for the shower to drain as we were worried...

"Property took 50 steep steps and some without a handrail to get to. Smells in the stairway were not the best. Big stain on the carpet. Bed was clean and comfortable. Needs a lick of paint in some areas especially the kitchen. Great location to access the picadilly line and nice shops and restaurants in the area"

"This is a great place. We were told on the first day that we could not check in until 8:30 p.m. because there wasn't a cleaner available, this did put a damper on our travel and rest day. They said they would contact us when it was ready, but they did not do that. We loved staying here, we just have a few suggestions. The tub was very slippery, recommend a tub mat of sorts so nobody slides down. There were no washcloths in the restroom available. The kitchen did not have very many cooking...

"This was a great property- very convinient, clean and practical - will use again and recommend to others. Bus & Lizzie line are close by for commuting purposes and lots of dining/food places close by. I did need to reach out to first to be sent check in details, but since them comms have been prompt & Feivel has been very helpful. "

"My trip was so nice and easy staying at this flat. All the rooms are very open and spacious. The balcony was great for seeing the NY fireworks and Simon and Ingrid were fantastic hosts. Simon went above and beyond and always responded at a drop of a hat. Lovely people and lovely place to rent for long stays! Thanks again Simon and Ingrid. All the best till the next stay!"

"Owner was immediately responsive to any communication. Nice sheets and towels. Our only suggestion for owner is to provide specific instructions for using tv - it took us a little while to figure it out. Would stay agian."

"This stay was amazing! Great kitchen and laundry included. Both bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of space. Entry stairs into the apartment were a bit steep and narrow, but once inside it was worth it! Catching transportation was easy and great coming in from Heathrow. If we come back I'd definitely return to this place! And the pub next door, The Globe, was so friendly with fantastic food!"
