The accommodations were top notch. The views from the corner unit were superb and the entire staff is friendly and attentive to your every need. I highly recommend this property.

So the good things: fantastic customer service. The view was great. The food was pretty good, the Cevichera was probably our favorite restaurant there. The room service was very fast! The house keeping was good. The 8th floor had a pop-up bar and snack section by the elevators. Some areas of improvement: the food took about 30 minutes to come out each time we went to each at the included restaurants, which it seemed like the employees were trying their best but it was a manpower problem . They don’t refill your expresso coffee pods in your rooms. They don’t send mixed drinks to your room, only beer. There are only two elevators and one was out of commission the whole time we were there. There was some construction being done on the property that made noise early in the morning during the week. The cafe on property was unmanned both times I went in there to order an ice cream or coffee and had to wait some time.

Perfect resort for a relaxing adult getaway. Perfect balance of quiet and activity. Beautiful views. Bed was so comfortable. Food was outstanding. Would love to stay again.

Casa Vellas exceeds all expectations, from the incredible service, the amazing food at multiple locations and accommodations a cut above. We will be back...many more times. Special shout out to Erik at the Tau beach club, by far the best of the best, he made sure we well taken care of, fed and fattened! Thank all of you at Casa Vellas
