"Our stay was accomodating for 1 night. Hotel needed work as far as stairways , hallways, doors entering into the rooms looked pretty worn. Most of our guest were located in out building #3. We were in the main building. We asked if we could change rooms to building 3 and were told no rooms available. We found out though in visiting the other guest there was rooms available and 1 of the guest had issues in there room and had to switch to another room in building 3. "

"Lillian's home is a perfect spot in North Falmouth- easy to get everywhere and away from most of the annoyances of the Cape. Great old house- everything works but it is a bit rustic. There's only one shower, but that's the only drawback. Great neighborhood, too. And Lillian is a big help and has a wealth of local knowledge if you need it."

"We have rented numerous houses - this one was fabulous. The beautiful house was exactly as listed - it is fairly secluded (can’t see other houses from the property), is right on a pond with kayaks supplied (good fun and some fishing) and the rail trail path passes within 50 yards of the house. We used the path for walking/running daily and made ample use of the supplied bikes to ride the path. The very large back deck was wonderful for eating out, reading and just looking at the pond. "We had a great time staying for the weekend. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. Close to the beach during the day and the hotel for the wedding activities. We appreciated being able to set our own door code, making it easy for all family members to come and go. Clean, stocked, and very comfortable."
