"Room was nice. Walking distance to the waterfront, but it’s a climb back up. Kitchen was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately there was construction right in front of the hotel (not their fault at all) which made access very confusing and difficult. The hotel sent information in advance, but until you are there trying to navigate it, you don’t really understand. "

The amount of noise surrounding the area was constant, people yelling(all hours of the night), actually saw a fight one morning. However, it is close to many restaurants and centrally located, walking distance to many attractions. "

"Very convenient place to stay on arrival at Auckland Airport. Spotless apartment. Kitchen equipment adequate for simple food preparation. Maintenance was an issue: The shower rail was broken and the hose leaked so that water pressure in shower was not adequate. Carpet strips not fastened down properly - a trip hazard."
