"This property, seemingly built during the Gilded Age, maintains the elegance of the times with lovely architectural details, beautifully crafted wooden floors, large windows with interior shutters, chair rails with wood paneling below, high ceilings with crown moldings, lovely chandeliers, and nicely placed stained glass windows as well. The grounds gave privacy to the setting. Some small improvements could be made (settee needed reupholstering) but I would love to return to this spot again."

"Others noted that the Inn is rundown. The couch in the registration area needs some love. Otherwise everything was awesome. We stayed in the Winter Garden room. Very updated and comfortable. The shower was great! The breakfast was delicious. Comfortable back porch with seating areas. Free trolley stops practically in front of the inn. Area is beautiful and safe."

"Our family had always wanted to spend more time at Narragansett Beach and this was a perfect trip for my husband, daughter and me. The apartment was exceedingly clean and the location was great--in easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and stores--but also with plenty of privacy. The hosts were kind and gracious, and very responsive to any questions, including offering lots of local suggestions. We definitely plan to return!"

"We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep."

"It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. "

"This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke."

"This is a cross between a hotel, a bed and breakfast, and an Airbnb. The room had a modern feel with a King-sized bed and a modern private bathroom with a shower stall - like a contemporary hotel. There is no front desk - similar to an Airbnb - although Randy and Lisa, the gracious and friendly hosts, were available whenever we needed them. Each morning, we were greeted with a wonderfully prepared breakfast of much higher quality than your typical hotel - what one would expect from a B&B."

"I saw reviews saying there was no AC. We had no issues. In fact our room was freezing, LOL. We loved it! We wanted a place just to stay the night, we knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel for very long. I was so impressed by the location! It is so close to everything. I had never been to Rhode Island before, but booked a bunch of dinners that were recommended 2 months ago. We were right next to all of them! I mean literally nextdoor neighbors to one of the restaurants and within 5 min walk to all...
