"Great stay room warm and clean breakfast tasty and good choice. One slight criticism at 230 pm go to check in and told your room is ready but will have to pay ten pound early check inn fee challenged this and then told well if you join Holliday inn rewards I could check into my room which was ready for no fee obviously reception have been instructed to implement this 10 pound charge but why get somebody’s back up when checking in for the sake of ten pound poor."

Room was nice and comfortable for a family of 4 for a couple of days, beds weren’t as firm as I’d normally like but didn’t have a bad sleep. "I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom...

"Communication from property manager was very poor. I was initially turned away from the address by security guard who didn’t know about my stay. Fob key did not work on main building, I had to be let in every day by security manager. No instructions were left for return of key. Air vent outside the door very noisy at night. Property manager charged for lost key after key was returned to building manager"
