Welcome to Kaibo No. 4! Newly refurbished and redecorated, this is an ideal place for a romantic getaway or relaxing retreat. Sun, sand, and palm trees, this beachfront condo has everything you need for the perfect island getaway! The condo is a quiet end unit with amazing sea views, just steps to the white sandy beach. Spot starfish on your beach walk, relax in the shade of the swaying palm trees, or sip refreshing drinks under a thatch cabana and watch the sunset.

The condo is a second floor, very well-maintained unit, with a long rental history of happy guests! Enjoy views of the Caribbean Sea from your private screened-in balcony. Located right on the beach, with a shared pool & jacuzzi, and lots of beach chairs. Kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, and fully equipped with the necessary amenities to make your own drinks & meals. Bedroom is complete with luxurious king size bed, Smart TV, and high quality bedding. Bathroom contains an updated shower, great water pressure, and plush towels. When you’re done exploring the island, relax in the living room with a new flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix and high-speed internet.

Located in the quaint and charming area of Cayman Kai; one of the last few spots on Grand Cayman with a true island feel. On the north side of the island, you’ll be away from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach, and enjoy the tranquil beauty of this safe and friendly community. The adjacent Kaibo Yacht Club offers a casual beach bar, formal restaurant, and a coffee shop. Enjoy waterfront dining under the palms right at your doorstep! Also within walking distance is Cayman’s famous Starfish Point, wonderful for snorkeling and spotting the magnificent starfish in the crystal-clear water.

Cayman Kai is the quieter side of Grand Cayman, with lovely white sand beaches and tranquil blue water, it’s a little slice of paradise for you to enjoy! The condo is located about 45 minutes drive from the airport, so renting a vehicle is highly recommended for exploring the island. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the organization and coordination of the checkin was well organized and efficient. 3 downsides were that there was no warning of the number of biting bugs. That snorkeling was impossible and that there was a beach.

A great getaway!
The unit was fully equipped, well-furnished and well-located at the quiet end of the Kaibo complex. Super comfy king bed, screened balcony and everything you need for a week of R and R. Thankfully far from the hustle and bustle of 7-Mile Beach.

Perfect Romantic Getaway For Two!
We had an unforgettable stay at this charming condominium on the north side of Grand Cayman Island, near Rum Point. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view, we enjoyed morning coffees and evening sunsets on the covered patio. The beautifully appointed kitchen made preparing food a breeze, and the comfortable king-sized bed ensured a restful night's sleep. Our experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway.

Beach vacay
2 weeks on the beaches of Kaibo condos is a must do. Very peaceful enjoyable time with Sandy beach, pool and shade for when the sun gets too hot. Water ferry takes you back to town across the ocean must do for a day or two. Don’t miss the stingray tour and bioluminescence tour which leave from the dock out front. Go relax and have a fabulous time.

Perfect!
My husband and I loved staying here, the location is walking distance to Kaibo which has coffee, restaurant, water sports, ferry to Camana Bay, and trips out to Stingray City. We prefer to stay out at Rum Point as opposed to 7 mile, much slower paced. The condo itself is very nice, loved the pool and hot tub. Snorkeled right out front to see Starfish.

this was our second january trip. 2023 we stayed for 7 days and this year we just finished 14 days. the condo is clean, neat and the view is fantastic. rum point, with the new bars and restaurant, is a great way to spend the day or head over for cocktails and dinner. we expect to be back

The condo was located at a nice getaway area. It had wonderful views! It was quiet and peaceful, so definitely a good spot for relaxing! Another plus side was that a restaurant/bar was within a minute or two walking distance. The staff were very polite and kind when they stopped by.

Lovely place and nice location
The condo is situated in an idyllic setting with nice views and easy walking distance to several restaurants and beaches. There were ample kitchen supplies, towels, beach accessories including beach chairs and umbrella, and a kayak with equipment for using it. Julie the manager of the property was very easy to work with and communicated in a timely fashion about everything, including sending a maintenance guy over to deal with a slow drain within minutes of the request. If you’re looking for a laid back, chill place to hang, this is it! My one suggestion: buy groceries and booze before you leave the more populated areas of the island—meaning in Georgetown!

The View
The view from the balcony is incredible. The condo is in great condition and very comfortable. It was quiet and restorative. The property manager was incredible and helped us in so many ways. She is very communicative and knowledgeable. 10/10 would stay here again.

AWESOME Rental !!!
What a great property!! I can't say enough great things about this property. They had everything we needed. Extra towels, extra snorkel equipment, snacks, coffee, extra sheets, Netflix, a paddleboard, a kayak, and did I mention coffee and tea? The location was perfect. Close to Starfish Point, Close to an excellent restaurant. Steps from the ocean. It is a drive into town but we didn't mind at all. We were away from the hustle and bustle of everything. We will definitely be staying here again

Great couples getaway far from the crowds on SMB!
This is a beautiful property and exactly as described with all the amenities. It is located far away from the crowds on Seven Mile Beach and cruise ships. We do recommend a rental car if you want to explore the island. Kaibo Restaurant is less than a 5 minute walk along the beach. It offers coffee/breakfast, an all day beach menu (the ceasar salad with snapper is awesome!), and luxury dining Thurs-Sat. If you are scuba divers, contact Indepth Water Sports - we got pickups/dropoffs from the Kaibo marina. Jennifer, you have a beautiful place and we will definitely consider it again!

Lovely beach house
The space was better than the pictures show. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The property manager was responsive for the few issues we encountered (hot tub wasn’t hot , they sent someone out two days later to fix it and the shower water did not get warm - they said unable to change that, but the sink water got hot). The pool was very clean. The location is quiet and great :) Would recommend
