"Everything excellent, breakfast really good big menu from continental, to full cooked breakfast, to all type's of fresh fruit, tea coffee and a machine for latte etc, staff very helpful and polite, evening meals really good. This hotel goes all out to cater for the residents. Definitely a revisit."

"Extremely clean and beautiful fresh quality bedding and towels.Lovely big room and bathroom, we had 2 superking beds which were perfect for our family. All staff were very welcoming and always great you with a smile 😊 Enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and breakfast was absolutely delicious 😋 A most beautiful building, steeped in history, it’s been our pleasure to stay here. "

"Fabulous " spur of the moment" night in Harrogate, great hotel friendly, helpful staff. Night's sleep " spoilt" by idiots coming in drunk around 3.30am, but that's not the hotels fault."

"Lovely staff who moved me to another room without fuss when my room smelt of new paint. Fabulous location and superb views from the restaurant and gardens. Generous coked breakfast and great staff here too. Some parts of the hotel were shut off due to refurbishment but this didn't affect my stay. "
