She was professional, considerate and understanding the evening before the parade and incredibly accommodating the following morning. A real asset to the Mercure brand"

"Spacious room in big hotel with nice decor all round. Lack of any bitter bear not good with only several lagers & Guinnes available. Breakfast only OK"

"We didn't know much about the Campanile before we arrived, but they accepted dogs and we were visiting Northampton with our cockapoo. the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The room was quiet, and clean ,the bed comfortable and the shower - probably the best I have ever used in any hotel. We shall stay here again when visiting family, it was great value for money."
