Just location downtown meant that we did have several drunk people trying to get into our room by mistake but that isnt the hotels issue. They have one entrance to hotel from front lobby at night to try to keep issues to a minimum (I think?). Thisnis the second time we have stayed at this hotel. "We have stayed at this property many times in the last year or so as we go to North Bay to check on family. As usual our stay was great but we did have an issue with the bathroom door - it scrapes along the floor every time the door is opened or shut and is quite a nuisance at night when trying to be quiet."

"This was a quick last minute stop to get a few hours sleep. The night attendant was so kind. We told her we were only there a few hours and she asked when we would be leaving. We said around 5am. She made sure coffee and breakfast was ready early so we could have something before we left since it typically starts at 6. Very much appreciated! Impressed with the updated room we stayed in.
