"Lovely staff. 8 nights stay. No evidence of general manager. 1--And eco friendly oasis. But endless boom box music throughout the complex. Inappropriate and far from relaxing. 2- Pool lovely but badly need to invest in modern functional sunloungers. Impossible to get comfortable with what is there. Also poorly maintained. 3--There is Black plastic Rat Catcher Box literally outside dining room. Very bad. 4-- On arrival and when having lunch the manageress was holding a zoom call on her...

"Terrantai Hotel is a gem i loved my 5 night stay there. The hitel is just beautiful, quiet rooms in the heart of San Pedro, anything is possible, early breakfast, super early breakfast, super super early breakfast. The hotel has tea tasting, wine tasting. Its probably the most guest friendly hotel I have stayed in and i am old enough to have done MANY hotels. Applause fir management!"
