" I loved the venue. The front desk attendant was excellent and loved this property, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks (although I missed using my tickets). The breakfast was also very good. However, I did have an issue with the heat in my room; it was quite cold, even after turning the thermostat up to 75 degrees. "The property has an excellent location for transportation; metro, train, buses, trolley. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. The property seems a bit dated.
