"James was a great host as he was always available to answer any of our questions. The flat was exactly as the photos showed and was well maintained and quiet. Like with most VRBO's, we did need to rewash some of the dishes but that was not a big deal. The beds were comfortable and the towels were great. It was so nice to have the washer and drier in the flat as we used them daily. Be aware that there is a dehumidifier collector in the drier that needs to be emptied regularly. (Upper left). The...

"This was ideal for my weekend in terms of location....5 minutes walk to Norbury station which is 5 minutes from Selhurst Park for the match i was attending. The room was basic but clean which is exactly what i wanted. The host was extremely attentive and friendly. I would come definitely use this accommodation again"

"Easy check in/out using lock box. Property was in a perfect location for us close to Crystal Palace Park and near to train stations, shops closed by and a short walk to Crystal Palace centre. Central London is accessible but 30ish mins away on the train. The property was clean and looked as the photos,allowing for about of normal wear. There is no WiFi and the toilet appears to leak at the base but just slightly. Good shower pressure and plenty of towels/cups/plates. Would happily stay again...
