"Our go to hotel in Leeds. High quality, clean & well appointed with the perfect location. Add to that the most important feature…the staff. A team that treats you & each other like extended family. Shout out to the very pleasant young man who checked us in, tall, dark, plus Claudia, Nuna & Nicki who all made our visit extra special. Special shout out to the ever present Paul….present when not even in the building, who was instrumental in helping with my wife’s birthday celebrations. Thank you Paul. "Nice enough property, with friendly staff. Room was clean but basic, soap dispenser fell off the wall. Food in the restaurant/ bar was good. Public toilet for men was neglected. Plaster falling off the walls, poorly maintained. "

"The location in the centre of the city is excellent, if a little difficult to drive up to due to traffic restrictions. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding, providing really great service. We stayed one night and didn't experience the leisure facilities or restaurant, but our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. "
