"This was our second stay at Horseneck Cottage. My husband and I took our 2 kids, ages 11 and 9, on their first trip to California. Horseneck Cottage is a perfect spot, both within Stinson Beach and to explore around Marin County and SF. We took lots of day trips and it was always great to come back to the cozy cottage. Linda is an engaged host and offered great suggestions for activities in all types of weather. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Secluded private location but in walking distance to one trail, close to others, close to Pt. Reyes. Suitable for one couple, nicely renovated with clawfoot tub, plenty of hot water and water pressture, funky old kitchen oven and stovetop but otherwise quite modern, charming furniture. Lots of natural light in the cottage and lovely place to relax in the outdoor patio area. Only a few things I'd suggest for improvement:1. Please include address of cottage in orientation email.2. "We only stayed for 1 night, but thoroughly enjoyed the property - it had everything we needed and was very clean! Parking was easy! Amazing location, just 3 blocks from the square, close to shopping and great restaurants. Great hiking trail up behind the square (easy to walk to) with beautiful views of Sonoma and the surrounding area. Peet's Coffee and Whole Foods are less than 1 mile away.
