"This is a very decent hotel that has a great, quiet location, 15 minutes by foot from the center of Novigrad and away from the tourist noise and hubbub. The staff are very professional and helpful, the property is very clean, brunch style breakfast is very abundant. One drawback regarding food is that there are no kosher options; basically any meat other than pork is hard to find. The rooms are okay but they are really small and that’s the other drawback. "First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. "very nice location and new comfortable houses, a lot of restaurants in a neighbouring village. Staff is very helpful and explained were to find everything. the only moment of frustration was when we were asked to pay 25 euros on top of the bill for final cleaning - amount not mentioned on website during booking. and because we've stayed only for one night it sounded a bit excessive. but it was waived when I pointed out that I was not advised in advance"
