"The facility and room were better than expected and the staff freindly. Location is pretty touristy but iys close to the beach. The rooms were clean and in good repair. My only problem was with Hotels.com double booking two rooms, forcing me to pay for both because it was past checkin time."

"Our stay at the Pacific Monarch was excellent! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, our view from the 19th floor hotel room were excellent and the room was well appointed and clean. Only thing missing was a t-towel, which we later learned could/should have been requested from housekeeping. We would definitely stay there again."
