"I left a $5000 gold chain in my room after checkout. I called the hotel the next day and asked them to look for it for me. I was worried someone working there may keep it even if they found it. They found the chain and put it in a safe for me until I could pick it up the next time I was in town. Amazing staff, luxury hotel- one of my favourites."

"No complaint with room or restaurant. Shuttle service from airport was very slow between calling hotel from airport and pickup. Checking in the shuttle was already booked for the 2 times we had to leave so we had to take a cab. $35. Hotel was very close to airport. "
