"Had an issue with noise from the air con in my room. A member of the facilities team had a look, decided it couldn't be fixed, so I was given an upgraded room which was a very nice touch. Breakfast is pretty decent with lots of options. I was there for the marahn and the location is superb for that. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Rooms a little tired but comfy mattress (pillows a little soft for me). Would stay again if in Frankfurt."

"Wonderful food and an outstanding location! Noise did carry from the plaza which is to be expected so made our nights a bit interrupted. Incredible food and breakfast puts all other continental breakfasts anywhere to shame. "
