"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

I was greeted by Rebekka who walked me through all of the hotel amenities while serving me a welcome beverage. She handled every detail of my stay, including arranging my four day ski pass. "This modern hotel was spacious and new which was a nice contrast to some of the older accommodations in the area but it was typical cheap new construction without attention to detail, sloppy paint, cracking drywall seams, unfinished details. The rooms were large and very comfortable with a great view and walkable to the gondola. The pool area was great and we appreciated the garaged parking area. My husband had been injured so it was a nice option to eat at the buffet inside the hotel for dinner...

Good and bad but overall comfortable

The rooms were large and very comfortable with a great view and walkable to the gondola. The pool area was great and we appreciated the garaged parking area. My husband had been injured so it was a nice option to eat at the buffet inside the hotel for dinner but the food was really not good. Everything felt from a freezer bag and overcooked and bland. Front desk staff allowed us to check in early which was nice and the bar staff was helpful but most other staff felt like we were putting them out. Not overly friendly. "

"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "
