"WHERE DO I BEGIN? I TRAVEL FOR A LIVING, 200-250 DAYS OUT OF THE YEAR. THIS WAS QUITE SIMPLY THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN MY 46 YEARS ON EARTH. IT IS TOTALLY RUN DOWN & ALL OF THE ROOMS STINK (I HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS 3 TIMES IN 4 DAYS). OH, AND THE DAY AFTER CHECKOUT THEY CHARGED ME $250 FOR SMOKING IN THE ROOM. I DON'T EVEN SMOKE! I'VE ALREADY CONTACTED MY BANK TO FILE A DISPUTE. SO IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO SAVE A BUCK, YOU MIGHT AS WELL SLEEP IN YOUR CAR. AND I'M NOT BEING FACETIOUS! I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER (TAMMY) 3 TIMES TODAY, BUT SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. THE 4TH CALL WAS W CESAR WHO SAID "SORRY, BUT THE MANAGER & GM LEFT FOR THE DAY. WE'RE STILL CHARGING YOU THE $250 & THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT CUZ I'M NOT A MANAGER. " THIS MORNING I CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, NOT ONLY FOR THE CHARGE BUT FOR THE OVERALL UNCLEANLINESS, UNPROFESSIONALISM, & SAFETY OF THE BUILDING. THE TOILET SEAT FELL OFF ITS HINGES IN MY FIRST ROOM AND I LITERALLY FELL TO THE GROUND. NOT TO MENTION THE SHODDY ELECTRICAL OUTLETS THAT FRIED MY AMAZON FIRE STICK ( ANOTHER $60 OUT THE DOOR). PLACE COULD EVEN BE A FIRE HAZARD IMO. NOISES FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, AND SPARKS AFTER PLUGGING IN PHONE CHARGER. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE VP OF LA QUINTA INN, MAINLY ABOUT THE MANAGER (TAMMY), THE GM (BINAL P.), AND THE UNCLEAN AND UNSAFE NATURE OF THE BUILDING AND ITS ROOMS. HOT TUB HAS COLD WATER BY THE WAY. SHOCKER! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!! "

"Room was ok upon 1st entering wirh the exception of stale odor. After walk around, it became apparent room was not clean. There was visable dirt/animal hair accumulated along the edges of walls, in corners, and on bed linens. I tried brushing animal hair from top of comforter, but no trash cans in room. Flushed diwn toilet. Upon turning back stained comfirtet, fiund stsibs and animal hair on sheets and on pillows(actusl pilliws inside cases.)"

"No keys for the room. Location was unclean. No check in facilities, just a room with tables under construction. Staff was friendly and refunded my money."

"The room was exactly like on the website very cozy right off of I 75. Easy to find the night clerk was very nice. There was a mishap with my booking, but she made sure that it got taken care of. I will definitely be staying here again."
