"Hotel staff were friendly and the location is great. Food was very good, particularly breakfast. A few mishaps but didn’t spoil the experience ie charged again for the room even though I had paid in advance. The room although clean may have been finished in a hurry as no shampoo, soap etc. One recommendation would be a different bar menu with lighter choices for those who don’t want to eat in the restaurant."

"This was our second visit, this time with our dog. The hotel is great to visit with a dog, a nice room available to sit with a drink or coffee in the main house. Our room was large and very well placed to take Ted to the beautiful, safe garden. We had a meal in the restaurant that was beautiful but the wine made it very expensive! Beautiful breakfast. We will return again!"
