Located five minutes outside the Penticton city limits, this peaceful setting gives you easy access to all the best wineries in the area, fabulous hiking and of course our wonderful beaches. Everything you need for your home away from home is here, luxury linens, a full kitchen with brand new state of the art appliances and if you simply can’t leave your work, a work area complete with printer/paper and office supplies. At the end of the day, relax on your private patio with a glass of wine watching the fabulous Okanagan sunset over Skaha Lake.

Beautiful Views
What a special find Vivienne's property is. So much care and thought has gone into her home. Everything I needed was there. She was so accommodating and welcomed us like family. The view is everything and the fact that she welcomed our fur babies was just the cherry on top. We cannot wait to come back!

Home away from home
Vivienne is a lovely host and her suite is fantastic; everything you need for a great stay! There is a fenced yard for pups, and the fire table was a perfect spot to enjoy the view with a glass of wine in the evenings. The location was convenient for visiting wineries, cycling and enjoying Skaha Lake. Highly recommend!

John and I (and Ozzie) had such a great time at Vivienne's place. It was so comfortable and spacious and had everything you would want. So beautifully decorated and clean. We will certainly come back.

Better than the Pictures!
Really nice drive along Skaha Lake to get to Viv's home. Once you arrive, you can already see the views that are better than the photos. She has set up a nice area with chairs & a propane fireplace for you to use and a nice grass fenced in area for dogs! The inside is bright, and much larger than it looks in pictures. Viv is awesome, and will do anything to help with your stay. Will definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Home in a Beautiful Location
I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Penticton / Okanagan Falls area. The home was completely renovated only a year ago and spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Every possible cooking tool you could need was supplied and the entire unit is beautifully decorated and accessorized in every room. Our host could not have been more helpful and was always letting us know that if we needed anything, to just say the word. She was also a wealth of knowledge on best local restaurants and activities. We very much hope to return for another mini-vacay soon

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The suite was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Vivienne was very kind and welcoming. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Penticton, and will recommend all of our friends to stay here as well.

Skaha Paradise
One of the most breathtaking aspects of our stay were the sunsets and sunrises. There are three chairs around a gas firepit a few steps away from the garden that overlooks the lake - a perfect spot for sipping your morning cup of coffee or have a sundowner glass of wine while taking in the stunning views. Vivienne has put a wonderful touch to the interior deco - it's elegant and inspired, with a blend of cozy, modern, artistic touches throughout the suite that also show a nod to the country character of the area. As a host, Vivienne is welcoming and personable, attentive and ready to help in any way she can, whether it's to make her guests feel more comfortable or suggest places to enjoy. This is a GEM of a place to stay! Thanks Vivienne!

Our Okanagan Falls Excellent Vacation
The property was immaculate and contained everything you could possibly need. The comfortable bedrooms had wonderful views of the lake and the pretty private garden which was fenced so very safe for our small dog. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped and the open planned space also contained a dining table and lovely lounge space. The sunsets over the lake were amazing and there is a fire pit with chairs provided where you can watch it while sipping a glass of Okanagan wine. Vivienne has gone out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need and we would highly recommend this wonderful property to anyone.
