We did not feel completely safe on property. The clerk had to be a saint because there was a lady in the lobby, im assuming a guest, that was either in a psychosis state or some kind of issue.

What I DID NOT LIKE about this property is that they charged me $75 for one night for my dog, a "nonrefundable deposit." This would not be a nighly charge, but since I was only there one night I had to pay $75 for my dog when I only paid $85 for the room. BUYER BEWARE.

Overall this was the best of the hotels we stayed at on our 4 day trip. I liked the close parking and the friendly staff. I didn’t like the noisy neighbors stomping upstairs like it was an acrobatic troupe staying there… but the desk clerk called them and they (sort of) got quieter. The other thing I didn’t like was that this was the only one of all the hotels who listed themselves on Expedia as “pet friendly” who actually charged a fee. We were charged $150 deposit, of which only $75 was refundable. That, my friends, is not a deposit, but a fee. Other than that, it was very clean and well-kept, and newer and more current in design than the other hotels we stayed at on this trip.

We booked our stay as a result of a tornado hitting our neighborhood. There were close by, pet friendly, and not damaged. We showed up and once we got checked in, found our way to our room. The king suite was more than roomy enough and very comfortable. Our dog was very much at ease in the strange surroundings. Your staff was top notch. All very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned for our welfare. The hotel was well appointed, clean and easy to get around. I would have loved to stay even if a tornado hadn't kicked us out of our house. Highest marks and respect for this hotel.
