"Hotel is brand new and modern, room looks great and bed is comfy. Poor noise isolation though so you hear everything happening on the road and even the hallway so I think best option is to ask for rooms not facing the road or freeway. Gym is amazing for a hotel gym, have everything you need. Staff was great but we didn’t benefit any VIP offers even after I asked. "Communication with hotel was good, on arrival had my car park clearly labelled so was super easy to find. Check in staff were excellent, friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Location was good, room was great including fridge and laundry. Only downsides for me was the comfort of that specific bed, mattress had 2 different sides and neither really comfortable for myself (one too bouncy and the other too firm). "Absolutely wonderful staff check-in was easy but check out could’ve been easier. The only thing they could’ve done a little bit easier to have a larger notice for people that have paid through third-party so we can simply drop off our keys for standing in line until you get all the way up to the desk and then seeing the express drop off box. So it would be my recommendation as somebody that’s also in the tourism and customer service industry that you just inform all your guests at the time of check-in where the express checkout box is or offered this information through the television media system. We would definitely return to this location and the dragon Chinese restaurant around the corner on Elliot Street was phenomenal."
