"This was a fantastic hotel!!! Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had breakfast there pretty much every morning because most places weren’t open early enough. The only complaint (and it is not them) is that it was very difficult to sleep because the bars across the street were soooo loud and would play music till after midnight. Otherwise the stay was amazing!!! "

"We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved it. Small boutique hotel. The rooms & amenities were amazing. We were on the second floor over looking the pool. The location was awesome. Sunday night the walking street market is at the end of the street. Lots of food & restaurant choices close by. The staff at the hotel were incredible and could not do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to Chiang Mai. "

"We had just about the best room in the hotel, really big and comfortable, with a lovely view of the tiny swimming pool (I never saw anyone in it). Marvellous considering the outside was a concrete jungle and a very busy road. We never ate there. It was an oasis. Staff were very polite and helpful."

"Great hotel, stayed for 4 nights and would stay again. Room was slightly dim - like other reviews have mentioned - but its barely a negative when you consider the size of the room itself. Great little table so hotel eating doesn't have to be on the bed. Clean. Comfy bed, great pillows, awesome shower. Tv was a little static-y, but you're not in Chiang Mai to stay in your room. Fantastic location. "
