"The hotels reception staff and the room itself was amazing, albeit when using the glass lift, areas of the hotel seriously need cleaning. "Booking this holiday with Expedia turned out costly for us, we booked this hotel as it was dog friendly but when we arrived and they saw our dog they was you haven’t booked a dog but there was nowhere to prebook on the Expedia site.
