"Property was very nice, had a few glitches. Room temperature the first night was too hot, unable to adjust it. Staff corrected it and temperature was better during stay. As five star property would not have expected that issue. Also they provide trasnsportaion to and from beach which is nice amenity but one day we waited over 35 minutes to be picked up. "We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Hotel has ultimate convenience - a couple of blocks from the beach and a block from 5th Ave. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly one “do-it-all” staff member, Marco.
