"This was a very convenient 2 night stay with the need for an early check out to get to the Airport, having a shuttle bus was a bonus. Slightly disappointed that there was no room tidy up / replenishment of facilities between thr two days. e.g. tea/coffee facilities were not restocked meaning if you had tea/coffee before bedtime and for first thing in morning then there was little or no choice for the next night. I also expected towels to be tidied up even though they were not to be replaced after showering etc. with the beds also re-made."

"Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!"
