"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I like its location and the overall experience when staying there. If I return to Warsaw, I will stay here again."

"Excellent stay. Perfect location, quiet and convenient. Stairs to climb, but not too bad. Make allowances for old building re heat and number of outlets. Shower nozzle drooped. No important issues. "

"Brilliant apartment right on the square in the Old Town. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, would definitely stay again. Only slight issue was the toilet didn’t flush too well on our first night. We called the office who couldn’t help and said someone would call in the morning. Needless to say no call was received however the issue self resolved so was probably a partial blockage within the block. Overall 8.5 out of 10, with the toilet issue stopping it being a 10 out of 10. "

We have been to Warsaw several times so needed very little assistance although we were disappointed that the front desk staff were not knowledgable about the important site that is directly across the street from the main entrance of the hotel. Otherwise, the service we received was helpful."

"Absolutely fantastic apartment, very spacious and had everything i needed. Located right in the centre of the old town just minutes from the royal castle. The host was very helpful when needed. Would highly recommend this whether solo or in a couple, it's perfect. "

"Good hotel, but overpriced. Rooms are spacious, but outdated. Some staff are friendly, and some not as much. They were able to organise an early breakfast which was nice. Location is excellent. It is centrally located and close to both the metro and tramway. "
