ORBT bus stop only 2 block away, CWS field and downtown entertainment districts 3 miles away, UNMC less than 1 mile away. Full furnished kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. Large living room could sleep additional guests on air bed. Exercise room and washer/dryer on same floor. Community outdoor patio area with grill.
