DO NOT STAY HERE READ OTHER REVIEWS AND DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY! Building and staff do not adhere to or respect ADA.gov or their standards. Not physically disabled safe or friendly. NOT LGBTQIA FRIENDLY! No elevator, everything falling apart in my hands, construction and breaking down building all over, filthy halls, loud pets in almost every room. This place was HORRIBLE to me. Worst experience of my life. They aggressively harassed me and threatened me. I was traveling alone with my service dog, disabled, and not causing any issues at all. I only needed one bed for one night. The guy at the front desk singled me out and bullied me until I left.

This room was dirty and had no pillow cases or blankets upon entering. There was rotten food in the room and under the mattress as well as signs of bedbugs. There were drug addicts in the parking lot.

Such a bad experience that I don’t want to use Expedia again. It let me pay for the room. Then I get there and they say there was a water break. That I don’t get a room. I still haven’t got my money back.

Our fridge would not get cold, we could not get our TV to work, our a/c barely worked. There was sticky stuff on counters. I will say they are remodeling so there is a lot of stuff that needs done still. The trash outside was overflowing and blowing all over the property. No screens in windows. Very shady neighborhood. But there is a Scooter’s, Casey’s and McDonalds all on the same block as the hotel. With it being so close to the zoo it is a convienent option and potential to be a huge asset. Just need to work on the details a bit more

The staff member I met was very respectful but the place needs a lot of work done. We weren’t even checked in for 15 by the time we had to leave. Both rooms we were offered were filthy and felt unsafe. Bed was wet with stains and hair, side tables were broken from the walls and multiple water stains across the ceiling. The location of the hotel was amazing, I just hope they put in the work the hotel deserves.

The property was under construction, which you got to do what you got to do, but, Our room had stains all over the carpet, the white towels looked like they had been previously used and also looked like they had recent stains applied, my bed had dark hair on the white sheets, our shower had a very large piece of metal sticking out in the corner which very well could have sliced an ankle, and our shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months.

Gave me dirty towels, the bedding was probably dirty too. The staff smell horrible so do the hallways. Bugs everywhere. Shower flooded the floor. Scammed me for the deposit, sign on desk says 50$ they repeated asked for 100$ even after i pointed out their own sign!??

When we first got there I was expecting like in the pictures that showed online. Well, it didn’t look anything like that. We were excited for the pool but it looked like a swamp, all greenish yellow looking water, the rooms were pretty nasty, didn’t vacuum in days it looked like, couldn’t really set my belongings on the desk cause it had stains everywhere and I had to clean it with wipes. The bathroom wasn’t even clean and the mirrors were dirty. To take a shower was nasty I had to put towels on the floor to shower. Privacy didn’t even feel like we had because they would be wondering out there.

This was a terrible stay. Front desk barely spoke English. The entire hotel and our specific room was dirty and smelled. There was brown mold on our windows, orange something on our headboard, bathroom had not been cleaned well and the soaps were all clearly used before.
