"The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. We had trouble with our first room having a water leak and they helped us move to a second room. The front desk staff also assisted us with local tabel recommendations. The hotel is convenient for anyone traveling around the Tokyo area because it is close to a train station and a mall."

"I stayed with R&B Hachioji for 1 night. In my short stay, it is a clean and convenient place, with easy access to the nearby Keio-Hachioji and the main Hachioji station, both are within walkable distances of 3 and 8 minutes respectively. For a reasonable price, u get a comfortable bed, an en-suite shower and boiling kettle. Highly recommended!"

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

"The stay here was amazing! Welcoming staff, the food was delicious, and it was very close to the subway for my daily traveling. The room was very narrow, to where I had to position my luggage in a certain way just to have some walking around room. But space like this in Japan is common, so I can’t complain too much about it."

"We stayed here for four nights. The staff were courtesy. They dont speak English as much but they do their best to communicate with you. We brought the breakfast meals and glad we did. It was a good option but after 3 days, it was time to try something else.There are many other eating places around like a 7Eleven and a McDonald's next door. Very convenient and affordable. We would definitely come back here. The rooms are small so pack light. The bed was a little hard for us but overall we survived.There is a fridge, microwave and a washer in your room. All great amenities to have. Thank you!!"

"They were incredibly accommodating when we requested an extra hour before check-out. The accommodation itself was fantastic - spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the Japanese-style rooms. Its location is excellent, with restaurants, konbini’s, and the train station just a short walk away, yet it remains peaceful as it’s tucked away from the main street. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return! Sakura Hotel Hatagaya, ありがとうございました"
