Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"

"Miguel was super nice to meet us at the villa for check in. He explained how to use everything in the house and even talked to the private chef we booked for a house dinner one night, which was really helpful. He was also very responsive when we had questions during the stay. The villa was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage and house our family for a few days. "We chose this as a mid spot to access San Sebatian and Bilbao which it was good for. Lots of space but there was no wifi which came as quite a surprise. You really need a car to get anything or go anywhere. The train is right there but very long rides. Lots of windows but had to have all the blinds shut for privacy. "This was a perfect home for our group of 6 (2 young children, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents) tucked away in the hills. It was conveniently located for day trips in the surrounding area. We spent wonderful afternoons lounging in the yard reading and watching the horses graze in the pasture right below us. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, and pleasant rooms for relaxing and visiting. The drive up the narrow road leading to the home seemed surreal. Couldn’t recommend the place more."

Great stay, convenient location

"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again."
