"We only stayed for a couple of nights but we had a great stay. The team is really friendly. The room has everything you need and the bathroom on top of being fun, has a really good aeration system. The bed is god, big, and probably a little too soft for my taste. The location is good, about 10min walking from One Nimman and Maya malls. There is also everything you need within 5min walking around the hotel (laundry, 711, etc…)"

"this property is found above a bar. the bar is open late in the afternoon and closes at midnight. so, unless you're a asleep at 9pm person. this won't bother you. it was very difficult to find at first because of the bar thing. it is also right on the main road. that's a 50/50 for convivence versus car noise. but, the bed was comfy and clean. they had offered snacks and some ramen noodles. this place is still recommendedable."

"Overall a great hotel. However, the constant noise and chaos of staying during Songkran was unbearable. Constant dance music until midnight or later each night and the windows to the street aren’t soundproof. It made it very difficult to be there, especially with a toddler. "One of my favorite hotels in Nimman. It is done in colonial style and is really charming. It doesn't have a proper restaurant, but it does have a coffee shop that also serves craft beer, and it is surrounded by local restaurants. The Nimman area is one of the best locations in Chiang Mai. Strong recommend."
