"Had a wonderful stay here; the house was clean and well-located/super close to food, groceries, take-out, pharmacy, etc. The bed arrangements worked out perfectly for our 4 kids and ourselves, and the host was super responsive in getting back to me right away with any questions we had. A private driveway for parking was a huge bonus and a charging station in the kitchen to charge phones, etc was a lovely added touch. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A perfect getaway for a long weekend or more. Perfect location by a secluded beach community on Lake Ontario near Rochester NY. Excellent amenities- very comfortable beds, linens, tissues (never at any VRBO I have stayed at), excellent kitchen resources. Very comfortable living room couch. We will be rebooking for long weekends or more again!!"

"We booked at the last minute and needed room for a large group . The host was very easy to work with . We spent one night in an awful rental and needed to move due to the poor condition of the property . My family was very happy with the new location . The setting was beautiful and the house was great !"

"We enjoyed our stay at the lake house for 3 nights in late October. Traveling from NYC as a couple with a 5 year old kid. While there we even managed to visit the magnificent Niagara Falls, which is only 1.5 hrs away! The house itself was clean bright minimalistic and very spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the white towels and white linens - you can see and smell how clean and fresh they are. Our kid loved the toy closet. "This is our first time exploring Rochester and we came up for family weekend at RIT. It was perfect for our large family to have our own space with a kitchen and enough places to hang out and play games. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"

"My husband, myself, and our two adult sons were in ER for a family wedding. The location of the rental was within walking distance of shopping, eateries, and my sister’s home. We loved the layout of the house - very comfortable for all for of us. Several times we commented that we would like to actually live in such a house. It was perfect!"

"Jayson's place was newly renovated, spacious, clean, and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a soft place to land in the evenings. And walking distance to local bars! We would stay again!"

"Cozy apt to crash at for the night. Clean bathroom w/ fresh towels, comfy bed, and plenty of outlets to charge my devices. So thankful for the iron board and iron in the closet; came in clutch. Owner was excellent at communicating; appreciate all his hard work in making my stay so easy :)"

"Although the VRBO site didn't work well, the owner was so easy to communicate with. He made our stay very accommodating and was so attentive. We loved the location - very walkable to the village. Would rent there again."

"House is great, plenty of space. We had 7 guys stay there for a reunion trip and everyone had their own room, and we could have fit one more easily. We stayed in late September and unfortunately the pool was closed so we did not get to enjoy, but the hot tub was still open and was great. Only downside to the house is the kitchen. It only fits 5ish people at a time and the cooking utensils and equipment could have been better (old knives that did not really cut, old pans). Otherwise everything...
