"Nice short getaway with the wife at this lovely cabin. Very relaxing and peaceful in a great setting. Only downside was not being able to enjoy the dock as there was another family with kids that occupied it most of the time that was staying at the other cabin on the property. Also, not a clear view of the water from the porch due to the trees but all in all it was a great stay. "

"We had a chance to spend the weekend with our kids (age 18 and 20), and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was spectacular and the home was perfect. It was so peaceful and relaxing, yet there was so much to do—fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, ping-pong, darts, board games, the list goes on. Everyone had a fantastic time. The only problem is that were only there for three nights!"

"We were delighted to have found the "Blue" house in Irvington, VA. As soon as we entered we felt at home with every amenity possible for our 4-day stay. A full kitchen to the softest linens the Super Hosts did not overlook one item. The decor was also very tasteful. You could walk to our favorite eateries around the corner at The Local or The Office. The hosts were grand to us and we look forward to returning soon. Highly recommend The Blue House in Irvington for your next stay."

"We wanted somewhere where we could have a private beach to swim with our dog, and enjoy the wonderful view of the bay. This fit the bill perfectly! The water was warm, and the waves were minimal, making it a wonderful afternoon of swimming enjoyment. The house is spacious and has everything you could want or need. "We stayed here with family including our 6-month old. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. We spent most of our time in the sunroom since the view is so beautiful. We also liked that there was a highchair and extra pack and play which made it easier for us to pack light. We loved how organized and outfitted the kitchen was as well - made family dinners easy for us! "
