However, it felt a bit neglected: for example, the toilet in my room didn’t flush, and one lightbulb flashed on and off for a few minutes each time it was turned on. "Correcte en general. L’un des réceptionniste n’était pas honnête (traitement bel wjouh we les apparences). Une suite ROYAL avec un mobiliers qui a besoin BEAUCOUP d’amour et de rénovation en urgence vue le prix. Très belle vue sur Oran. Personnel de la sécurité très aimables. Je valide les anciens commentaires moi qui voulais voir de mes propre yeux. Pas certain de revenir"

"We stayed here for 3 nights in Dec '13 and we were very impressed. The hotel is what you would expect from a 4 star - wifi, nice bathroom, good fixtures and fittings, wide screen tv, double (not twin) bed. The cleanliness was good - our beds were made every day and changed every other. We were given free soft drinks in our fridge, and free shampoo and gel everyday, even though we didn't use them. "I had booked a week-long stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I requested to reschedule my reservation for a later date. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking considerate and accommodating service"

"There were issues with the WIFI in the hotel. My room did not have WIFI for days but the lobby did. There is only one restaurant in the hotel which is Buffet, fortunately the buffer is amazing. The Pool and Gym are nice but there is NO WIFI there. "
