"Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings."

"Esperienza deludente, anche se da circa un anno mi reco ad Oran per lavoro. Non sono un igienista, anzi, facendo vita da cantiere credo di avere il pelo abbastanza cresciuto ma le condizioni dell'albergo Montparnasse sono davvero da segnalare affinchè possano essere "limitate" certe esperienze. Ho scelto l'hotel Montparnasse perchè tra i pochi disponibili a Orano nelle date del mio soggiorno, era quello che accettava il pagamento con carta di credito American Express, cosa invece non vera...

"The room and linens were clean, and it was all as advertised, and reasonable value for money. However, it felt a bit neglected: for example, the toilet in my room didn’t flush, and one lightbulb flashed on and off for a few minutes each time it was turned on. The hotel is located in an area with a few giant hotels, a major road and some patches of waste ground, some distance from the center of the city. "Correcte en general. L’un des réceptionniste n’était pas honnête (traitement bel wjouh we les apparences). Une suite ROYAL avec un mobiliers qui a besoin BEAUCOUP d’amour et de rénovation en urgence vue le prix. Très belle vue sur Oran. Personnel de la sécurité très aimables. Je valide les anciens commentaires moi qui voulais voir de mes propre yeux. Pas certain de revenir"

"I had booked a week-long stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I requested to reschedule my reservation for a later date. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking considerate and accommodating service"
