"This is such a great place to stay! It has tons of beds, is so clean, has lots of helpful hints about the community, plenty of towels, and has easy check-in/check-out processes. The only bad thing is that we were only there for one night. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!"

"Sisters, sisters-in-law, daughter, and Mom all got together for a weekend. This location was so perfect! There’s only one room that can be accessed without stairs, and the top bunkbed is high, but if you’re spry, those aren’t an issue. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Its a beautiful cozy cottage. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of a small grocery store and cafe's. Tara was awesome sent a text so if I needed to reach out to her I could. The propeety was near ,cleaning and welcoming. I highly recommend if you are in need of a home away from home setting!"

"Granted, it is an old house, but the uneven transitions of the floors in several rooms was a significant hazard we had to constantly help my mother negotiate. There was an exceptionally offensive smell in the bathroom area. It smelled (sorry to be explicit) like used feminine hygiene products that had not been properly disposed of. The access code to the house was left at the default setting, not the code that was promised. When I called on that, later in the evening of our arrival, the host...

"I really enjoyed this house and would consider it again. It's super close to the grocery and to the coffee depot - and Maple Canyon, which is why we were in the area. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to cook 3 meals there without any issues. The shower was nice and hot too. You will get some noise from the local HS football game, but it didn't bother us at all. One thing to keep in mind - if you have someone in your group allergic to perfume - this is not the right house...

"We enjoyed our stay in this historic home while visiting for a horse show. It was very nicely updated and had everything we needed. Spring City is such a cute little community with several yummy restaurants, a museum and art gallery all within 2 blocks of the house. Highly recommend!"

"Loved the location and ease of access to riding trails. Cabin was nice and comfy but not overly equipped. We enjoyed the close access to the river a lot, we played in it each day. Parking our big ATV trailer was a challenge but doable. The only drawback was the heat, I realize it was the end of July and the description says no A/C but the cabin was very hot between noon and 7:00 pm, luckily there is a large shaded patio to spend the evenings on with nice furnishings and the evening air Along...

"Really loved staying here; unique, spacious, great perks, well planned layout for group gatherings! Our friends and us really enjoyed being able to relax, cook and play board games in the evenings.
