"Booked for a saturday night. Planned to arrive in the morning and park in the large car park. Unfortunately this is also a golf club so the car park was full so could not. Had we arrived around check in time 1500hrs, there would have been plenty of parking slots. Even non-EV cars parked in the EV charging bays so you can't bank on charging your car. Was not allowed to early check in even though the hotel was not busy. Room had a sea view. However this means that you also over look the car park....

"I booked a room with balcony I got room on the 3rd floor no balcony almost 50 stairs up not good when you are 75 years old.Room needs small unit to put unpacked clothes in and table by bed.bed was very comfortable but no mattress or pillow protectors.Did not see any staff during the week I was there.would stay again but only if I got what I asked and payed for."

"The staff at the booking agency were super helpful, i called after i paid for the booking. I did get skepticle with the odd bad review on this website so i called them to which the lady answered all my questions without an issue... me my wife and 2 kids were really pleased with the 8 berth caravan provided it was the same as my mother in law has at tattershall lakes, which is quite modern. It was clean to a decent standard (a lot better than i expected after reading the bad reviews) We booked...

"It was the first time we did stay in a caravan park and we were very surprised. We will repeat for sure. The swimming was very clean and not too crowded. The entretaintmen it is great for kids and adults. The beach very close. "

Please include directions to car park

"Building itself is old and rather quirky. Room was small but very clean and adequate for stay. Food both in evening and breakfast was exceptional and there is a good choice of beers. Staff all very accommodating - my only gripe would be that listing should include directions to car park - hotel is on a one way system and the postcode takes you to front whereas car park is at rear. Bit of a mare, particularly arriving during rush hour."

Overnight stay

"Me and my husband stayed overnight in Skegness while visiting a friend who lives near by . I chose the hotel because of private parking . However if it was full to capacity and everyone had a car there would be nowhere near enough room . A sign in the door was offering rooms for £35 and that’s about right. ( for us this was a free night from hotel.com ) The bed was extremely uncomfortable . Very low and a mattress that was more like a trampoline ( and not much thicker ) with a dip in the middle . No bedside lamps, hand towels , or bath mat for outside the shower. On a positive note the room and bathroom , although in need of a little tlc were clean , and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the Main Street on the front, with restaurants and pubs nearby . The gentleman who greeted us was extremely friendly, polite . This is not the best place we have stayed in , but it is also not the worse . For youngsters who just want a place to crash after a night out , it is probably ideal . Alas not so ideal for a semi retired couple . "

Lovely hotel but parking can be a challenge

Was not allowed to early check in even though the hotel was not busy. Room had a sea view. However this means that you also over look the car park. Also guests at an evening function walk, and talk, under your room window. There is a decent bar with a good bar food menu. Also a good quality restaurant. I shall be using this hotel again as it was a good price and room was very good. "
