"We have stayed here for the last 5 years 3-5 times a year. Their customer service is also terrific. The hotel is clean. They only down is it is out dated. And when they've made repairs they haven't painred and fixed completely. Example is the toilet paper holder had been replaced. They patched the old holes but didnt repaint the patch so it looks bad. They replaced the tib but didnt reattach the plumbing the the 2x4s and when you turn the handle it moves all fixtures and has boke lose the...

"Thanks to Expedia adding extra perks for being a gold member(half off on parking and late checkout at 2pm… nice!) the hotel itself is cool. The art is fantastic (local artists from Seattle and such ), the ambiance is hip, artsy and fun. The game room with free pinball and video games was a nice addition to the complimentary beer hour the hotel provided . The room was lovely. I stayed in the JR. suite which had great decor and two bathrooms!!!! Nice soaking tub inside my suite. The overall hotel...

"This is a perfectly decent hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet, good free breakfast. It seems to be right on the border between the affluent part of downtown and the skid row part of town. In one direction there are cool brewpubs and bookstores, and the other direction are people sleeping on the street. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Amtrak station which was convenient, since that's how I got to Portland. This hotel was very nice. I'd stay again."
