A very nice place to stay! All team members were very respectful and gentle; Ronnia, especially, was very supportive, fast and easy to contact, and helped me with everything I needed (from towel changes, information about the hostel, shuttles to the parks...). It was great to meet people who were also enjoying the parks. It's close to the parks! The space was clean all the time; they cleaned and organized every day! The restaurant was not operating during my stay, and I did not use the shuttles as I felt it would shorten my time in the parks (but the service was still available). The place is also within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, an amazing food truck plaza, and gift shops. Good public transportation is available nearby if needed. Thank you for making my time in Orlando great.

This property is TRASH! How the pictures look on the website does not look how it does in person. Nobody was there to check me in. I checked in early in the day which they said I did not when I have proof. I’ve been trying to call them to get a refund they don’t answer the phone!!!!!!!!!

This was my 1st mini-vacay by myself. This was also my 1st time staying in a hostel. There were 4 of us in a dormitory for 6 and neither one of us was in the way of the other. I haven't slept in a top bunk in God knows how long lol 😅 but it was quite nostalgic getting up and down and brought youth to my heart. We were all adults and respectful. Awesome communication. Only thing is there wasn't enough space for small things like if you were to bring your own in the fridge or if you wanted to sit. Would it stop me from booking with bposhtels again? Absolutely not. In fact I was just looking for a bposhtel in Anaheim but I'd rather have the room for me and my children all to ourselves. This was a great experience over all. I loved swimming in the pool, again, great experience. Thank you Bposhtel for such a great memory!!

i had to spend double because of this packege. i had bougth so many expidia packeges trough years and because my complaency didte read and got rept off with this place that was not a real hotel. i know i did not read the counditions. but still. can't belive you meke this offer forcing me to buy another room at the very last minute. not happy wiiht this experience

I was not pleased I had an issue and spoke to someone at the front desk I was unable to cancel the rest of my stay and I was told they would send an email on my behalf and I would not be charged for the rest of the days booked but the money was still taken from the card and was told after that there is nothing that can be done so messed up. I was the only female places in a room with 5 males I did not know so sad 😭 but really pretty place

The property is a scam. It is a hostel that doesn't clearly show it in their advertisement. When I checked in, the person at their desk called someone and said it happened again, then left me standing there with no resolution until I left and found a real hotel.
