They charge my credit card $11 each of the room that we stayed. This is already after we payed the entire thing.

First off, the TV didnt work. So I asked to get a new room & she said they didn't have any other rooms, but then assigned me another room. I had a stranger knock on my door at 12am. The next morning, two of the staff knocked on my door bc they almost assigned the room I was in to someone else(had already given them a key to open the door to my room)bc the lady the night before had me assined to the first room with the broken tv. I came in on my last night & no lights were on outside the front of the hotel. It was completely dark & two men were standing outside the hotel & it felt very unsafe. I will not be staying at this location again. When traveling alone, feeling safe is high on my priority list. It's a one & done for me. I hate it bc it could have been my go to bc the room itself was not bad. It was everything else that ruined my experience. Plus the fact you have to pay $20 tax a night for parking. That is ridiculous in my opinion for that area.
