The property was well looked after, very clean and staff was amazing.. I was looked after very well. Lots of choices for food.. But i will say this the pay for parking thing I didn't like also what they fail to mention is every restaurant charges automatically 18 percent on the invoices.. which i find takes away their quality of working for you...That's my opinion. Otherwise wonderful hotel, close to everything...

The hotel is a classic Floridian hotel near Disney. Staff was super friendly and pool was inviting. However beware you pay for the “free” inclusive services like shuttles in the form of a daily “Leisure” fee on you bill in the amount of $35.00 daily regardless of using any of the inclusive services

The hotel was lovely with wonderful amenities, which unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use bc we spent all day at Disney. It was located 11 minutes from Epcot, which was very convenient. The staff were all kind and seemed happy to have us stay there. The room was good for 5 of us, 4 adults and 1 child. I liked that we had a separate living room area to sit and read while others were asleep. The sink area was outside of the bathroom, so it was convenient to get ready in the morning. Parking is an extra $26 for self park and valet is $40, I think. It wasn’t difficult to self park.

The only benefit of this property is the space of the villa. Separate bedrooms, kitchen, etc... Other than that I would not reccomend this hotel at all. If you are an expedia VIP you wont recieve any benefits. The sheets and towels are all starched and feel like sandpaper. The rooms are not cleaned well at all *I know this because I dropped powder bronzer in the bathroom by accident and it remained there throughout our stay*. The shower water was either burning hot or freezing cold. The room had a musty smell and just felt old. Also great that you have a kitchen but they dont supply you with any cleaning products other than dish soap and a sponge. Really underwhelming.

When I booked this resort, I had high hopes, thinking it would be comparable to the Grove we had previously stayed at. However, I was sorely mistaken. The rooms are incredibly small, especially for a family of five. To add to the inconvenience, they charge a daily parking fee of $29 and a resort fee of $35 for amenities. The WiFi service was abysmal, and even accessing your own Netflix account required a separate charge. We had opted for the VIP option through Expedia, which included a free room upgrade. However, when we inquired about this with the front desk, they refused to honor it. To make matters worse, breakfast cost us a whopping $150. This resort is not budget-friendly at all. Last year, we stayed at the Grove, which is a far superior choice for families. It offers a kitchen and two separate bedrooms at no extra cost. We would never recommend this resort or stay here again.
